Returns & Exchanges

Since all of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Wrong Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item or provide a refund if necessary.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.)
  • Minor variations in color or size due to the handmade nature of our products

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we begin processing your order, and cancellations are no longer possible.
